About the Role:
As a Sales Representative, you will collaborate with our sales and marketing team, gaining comprehensive knowledge of our company. In our entry-level role, we focus on customer service, sales and marketing strategies, and business skills to achieve and exceed weekly sales goals. Ideal for those aiming to kickstart their career in business, marketing, and sales in a goal-oriented environment.
Responsibilities:
● Learn our client campaigns and how we approach each store
● Provide excellent customer service
● Communicate with coworkers and upper-level management
● Thoroughly answer customer questions
● Track personal and team sales numbers
Qualifications:
● 1-3 years of customer service experience ( preferred, not required )
● 1-3 years of retail experience ( preferred, not required )
● Associate or Bachelor's degree in business/marketing ( preferred, not required )
This is an ENTRY-LEVEL position, so experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required. All sales representatives go through hands-on training with our leadership core.
