• Consultant MUST be Epic Resolute Professional Billing Certified to be considered for this position
Analyze and document business requirements and processes; communicate requirements to technical personnel through the construction of basic conceptual data, process models and flowcharts, and technical specifications
- Be able to independently diagnose complex Professional Billing issues in all contexts.
- Analysis of the Professional Billing system, and independent promotion of optimization efforts (i.e. Gold Star Initiatives, Honor Roll, Optional Upgrade Content)
- Primary ownership of demand projects; not only concerning build but also documentation and coordination with operations and with other Epic Application Teams.
- Develop status reports for submission to leadership
- Provide technical and analytic expertise for the development of the Revenue Cycle System Integrated Resources
