We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Developer to join our team in Arlington, Virginia. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining advanced technical solutions that ensure seamless integration between various systems and applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain backend services using technologies such as .Net and Go (Golang) to ensure optimal system performance.
• Design and implement APIs, microservices, and distributed cloud-native systems to achieve seamless integration and functionality.
• Collaborate with teams to establish and manage CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Create scalable technical architectures to integrate systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, Azure cloud services, and external platforms for tolling projects.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering adherence to best practices and industry standards.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while conducting thorough testing to ensure reliability.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in .Net, GoLang, and cloud computing, applying them to enhance project outcomes.
• Evaluate and recommend payment platforms, APIs, and third-party services to meet operational and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective digital payment solutions.
• Identify and address technical risks, proposing strategies to ensure project success and operational continuity.• Proficiency in client-side scripting to enhance application functionality and integration.
• Strong experience in creating and managing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) for project planning.
• Expertise in configuration management to maintain system consistency and performance.
• Advanced skills in API development, ensuring seamless communication between systems.
• Hands-on experience in Salesforce development to enhance CRM capabilities.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, for designing compliant and scalable solutions.
• Solid understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to manage technical risks effectively.
