We are looking for an experienced ERP/CRM Developer to join our team in Grand Island, Nebraska. In this role, you will be responsible for both the development and administration of Salesforce applications, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business objectives. This is a long-term contract position that offers the opportunity to work on dynamic projects and support essential business processes.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other custom coding tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and recommend solutions that align with Salesforce best practices.
• Configure Salesforce workflows, automations, and validations to enhance system functionality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to APIs, portals, and other system integrations.
• Implement and manage AppExchange applications as part of solution delivery.
• Update system configurations, roles, profiles, and permissions to support user access and security.
• Maintain dashboards and reports while ensuring data integrity across the platform.
• Perform reviews of code and workflows to identify and address technical debt.
• Document system configurations, workflows, and integration processes for future reference.
• Participate in Agile sprint planning, reviews, and daily standups to align with project goals.• A minimum of three years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.
• Proficiency in Salesforce tools including Apex, Lightning Platform, and AppExchange.
• Strong understanding of API development and client-side scripting.
• Ability to create and manage Business Requirement Documents and configuration management processes.
• Familiarity with Agile frameworks and Jira workflows.
• Salesforce certifications such as Administrator and Platform Developer I are preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal, for technical and business audiences.
