Summary of the Job:
You will be in charge of organizing arranging and carrying out virtual and hybrid events from beginning to end in your role as remote event manager. To guarantee flawless delivery and outstanding attendee experiences you will collaborate closely with customers and internal departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Arrange and manage the technology content and logistics of virtual and hybrid events.
Work together with clients to comprehend their goals so that events can be customized appropriately.
Oversee vendor relationships event finances and schedules to guarantee smooth operations.
Organize marketing and promotion plans for the event to increase attendance.
Create and execute captivating event schedules and materials.
During events troubleshoot technical difficulties and assist attendees.
After the event gather feedback and evaluate data to make improvements over time.
Requirements:
A bachelors degree in marketing hospitality event management or a similar discipline.
A minimum of one years experience managing or organizing events ideally virtually.
Knowledgeable in virtual event platforms and event management tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizing abilities.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
The capacity to oversee several projects at once and operate autonomously.
