Job Description
HireQuest Direct is seeking Event Staff to join our team. As an Event Staff member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various events. You will assist with set-up, guest services, and overall event management tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are energetic, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Note: These positions are temporary/part time and longevity and frequency is based on local events and client needs.

Most common positions: Banquet Staff, Event Staff, Set up/Tear down, Bartender, Security, Dishwasher, Cook, Janitorial, Food Service Worker.
Key Responsibilities: (These duties can vary based on the specific project, site, and the client's requirements.)
Assist with event set-up and breakdown, including arranging furniture, setting up decorations, and preparing event spaces.
Greet and assist guests, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
Help manage the event schedule and ensure all activities run smoothly.
Monitor and maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the event.
Support the event manager and other team members as needed.
Follow all safety and operational procedures to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for guests.
Qualifications:
Be able to perform various physical tasks such as lighting, pulling, pushing, standing and walking for entire shift.
Work as part of a team to make a successful event
High attention to detail and able to anticipate needs of customers.
Salary: $15-$19.20/hr
Shifts: Mainly 2nd shift, shift times vary based on event.
