Fully Remote!*10-20 Hours a week, will grow into a full-time role in the future.
Pay Rate: $20-$30/hr
* Should be within the Upstate NY/Southern Tier region.

The Executive Assistant will support management functions including:

• Assisting with the coordination of a remote team and basic coordination of remote meetings.
• Providing calendaring and schedule coordination for the President and Vice President.
• Monitoring deadlines and requirements for activities such as projects and proposals.
• Assisting with intake of prospective clients, partners, and vendors.
• Preparation of administrative reports.
• Establish processes and systems that fit the company's evolving needs.
• Other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

• You are an organized and outgoing individual.
• Ability and willingness to learn new capacities to fit the company's evolving needs.
• Capability to evolve and change with the company.
• Familiarity with collaborative working services (i.e. Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
• Ability to establish working process and systems.
• You are the type of person who wants to invest yourself in your work and contribute to the mission of the company.
