The Company is in search of an Executive Director to lead its Campus Development Team, which is dedicated to the implementation of a long-term Campus Vision Plan. This plan serves as a strategic framework for the development of the campus, encompassing site-wide planning principles, infrastructure, sustainability, and architectural design. The successful candidate will be responsible for collaborating with the Senior Vice President to refine and execute the plan, as well as for the recruitment and management of a high-performing team. Key duties include overseeing all major capital projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget, and developing and implementing sustainability strategies that align with corporate and local goals. The role also involves maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 15 years' experience in managing large-scale real estate development, campus or urban planning, and construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the successful delivery of projects within the commercial office, technology, healthcare, and higher education sectors, with a focus on the San Francisco Bay Area. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills are essential, as is a demonstrated commitment to sustainability and environmentally responsible practices.
