Job Description

We are seeking a driven and motivated Executive Recruiter with 1+ years of recruiting experience to join our growing team. As an Executive Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top-tier talent for senior-level and executive positions across various industries. The ideal candidate will be passionate about recruiting, detail-oriented, and eager to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, engage, and screen candidates for executive-level roles through various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and clients to understand the specific requirements of the role and the ideal candidate profile.
  • Conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Present top candidates to clients with detailed profiles and guide the recruitment process from initial contact through to the hiring decision.
  • Maintain a high level of communication with both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to align on talent needs, job descriptions, and hiring strategies.
  • Provide market insights and recommendations to clients regarding compensation trends, industry standards, and talent availability.
  • Track and manage candidate data within the applicant tracking system (ATS), ensuring it is up-to-date and organized.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 1+ years of experience in recruiting, ideally within an executive search or staffing firm environment.
  • A passion for recruitment and an eagerness to work hard to meet goals and deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches and priorities.
  • Proactive and results-driven, with a desire to continually learn and grow in the recruiting profession.
  • Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or CRM is a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism.
