Fabrication Welding Supervisor Opportunity

Location: Louisville, KY
Working Hours: 12:00pm-8:30pm, Monday-Friday (2nd Shift)

Responsibilities:

Your day will be filled with dynamic tasks including, but not limited to:

Mentoring and supervising an agile team of welders.
Maintaining weld quality to adhere to company standards.
Resolving any technical queries and issues swiftly.
Upholding strict safety measures and practices at all times.

Candidate Profile:

Successful completion of a basic weld proficiency test.
Solid experience in sheet metal fabrication and blueprint literacy.
A forward-thinking and proactive mindset.
2+ years of experience as a team lead is desirable.
