We are seeking a skilled Family Practice Nurse Practitioner for a 33-day locum tenens assignment at a Clinic in Minnesota. The ideal candidate will provide care for both boys and girls in separate morning clinics, starting 06/23/2025. The role involves managing sick calls, performing check-ups, treating minor injuries, writing prescriptions, and ordering tests. The work schedule includes morning clinic hours from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM, with on-call duties for the rest of the day. This position requires proficiency in Campminder software and an active Minnesota nursing license. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Conduct check-ups and sick calls for both boys and girls in separate clinics
• Provide care for minor injuries such as scrapes, cuts, burns, and sprains
• Write prescriptions for common ailments including strep, cold, cough, and flu
• Order and interpret necessary tests
• Prescribe ointments and antibiotics as needed
• Manage acute illnesses and provide appropriate care
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records
• Collaborate with clinic staff to ensure efficient operations
• Respond to on-call duties as required

Additional Information:

• Active Minnesota nursing license required
• Experience with Campminder software preferred
• Strong ability to work independently and make quick decisions
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with patients and staff
• Flexibility to adapt to varying patient loads (1-5 patients per clinic)
