Wonik Holdings USA is currently seeking a  Field Technician for Gas supply system installing on Samsung Semiconductor Taylor site. (Experienced / Non-experienced)

We are a leading company in the semiconductor supplementary equipment industry, particularly supporting the Samsung Taylor project. Our Austin branch is expanding, and we are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Field Technicians to join our team.

Job Summary:

Entry-Level and Junior-Level Field Technicians will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting semiconductor supplementary equipment at customer sites. This role requires hands-on fieldwork and close coordination with the customer support team.

3. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct various on-site mechanical or installations, repair, maintenance, and test tasks
• Responsible for preparing the site for various tasks
• Tie workflow to schedule
• Produce timely and detailed service reports
• Document processes
• Troubleshoot automated machinery with teammates
• Follow all company’s filed procedures and protocols
• Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization
• Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings
• Build positive relationships with customers/colleagues
• Follow all the company's procedures
• Perform all services appropriate to the position of a similar nature with positions in companies of similar operational and financial conditions in similar industries and such other services as the company may reasonably assign.

4. Minimum Qualifications

• Eligible to work in the U.S
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check
• Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, and business community members.
• Possess excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Passion and fascination for field working
• Responsible, dependable, and takes ownership
• Well-organized, a planner, and self-starter
• Attention to detail
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills
• Proficient with technology
• Good communicator with strong people skills
• Great communication skills to work with customers
• Above Associate degree

5. Preferred Qualifications

• Field Service experience in Semiconductor
• Korean/English
• mechanical, Chemical, Electric, Electronic Engineering Major.

6. Working Environment & Physical Activities

• This position will be working primarily indoors. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
• BODY POSITIONS: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit for long periods while performing the essential functions. Also required to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and potentially crawl.
• BODY MOVEMENTS: The employee must have a full range of body movements including the use of his/her hands to fingers, to grasp and lift, handle, and feel objects such as computer equipment. The ability to bend the body, reach for objects, and to crouch when needed are also required.
• BODY SENSES: The employee must have the ability and command of sight, hearing, and touch. Specific vision abilities required include a vision for color, peripheral, close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. These vision requirements in each area must be sufficient to perform the functions of this job.
• STRENGTH: Must be able to lift 20 lbs. periodically.
