Job Description
Pivotal Staffing is currently seeking skilled Forklift Operators to join our client's team in Etobicoke. All ideal candidates MUST have at least 2 YEARS of experience operating various types of forklifts (CROWN REACH, CROWN DOCK STOCKER and DOUBLE PALLET WALKIE) and working in a warehouse environment.
Shifts :
- 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
- 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM
Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts including CROWN REACH, CROWN DOCK STOCKER and DOUBLE PALLET WALKIE
- Perform lifting as needed and moving of materials within the warehouse
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and orders
- Assist with warehouse distribution tasks as needed
- Conduct order picking accurately and efficiently
- Demonstrate mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor forklift issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Skills:
- Valid forklift operator certification.
- Previous experience operating dock stockers, reach trucks (double deep, crown), and double pallet walkie.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
