We're seeking a motivated Front-End Developer to join our dynamic team with a primary focus
on translating designs into pixel-perfect front-end code. You'll work closely with our design team
to bring their visions to life using modern CSS, HTML, and JavaScript across various platforms,
including Salesforce Commerce Cloud. You'll also have the opportunity to grow your React skills
as we explore integrating React into our existing workflows for future projects.
Translate design files into pixel-perfect, responsive front-end code using modern HTML,
CSS, and JavaScript
Work closely with our design team to implement layouts, user interfaces, and provide
ongoing code updates across various platforms
Create implementations using ISML templating within Salesforce Commerce Cloud
Write clean, maintainable CSS to bring designs to life with modern styling techniques
Build and customize Salesforce Commerce Cloud storefronts using SFRA (Storefront
Reference Architecture)
Develop React components and applications as we explore integrating React into our
workflows
Ensure web accessibility compliance and create inclusive user experiences
Optimize front-end code for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO performance
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with APIs
Participate in code reviews and maintain high coding standards
Stay current with emerging CSS techniques and front-end best practices
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience with modern CSS and responsive design principles
Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+)
Experience with ISML templating or willingness to learn quickly
Expertise with modern CSS including Flexbox, Grid, and advanced styling techniques
Experience working closely with design teams to implement UI/UX designs
Knowledge of version control with Git and collaborative development workflows
Strong understanding of accessibility principles and web performance basics
React experience or strong interest in learning React
Experience with RESTful APIs and asynchronous JavaScript
Preferred Qualifications
Salesforce Commerce Cloud experience with SFRA development (or strong interest in
learning)
Basic knowledge of ISML templating and Commerce Cloud cartridge structure
Experience with design systems and component-based development approaches
Familiarity with design system tools and maintaining consistent UI components
Interest in CSS-in-JS solutions (styled-components, emotion, etc.)
Headless commerce experience or familiarity with headless architecture patterns
