Join to apply for the Front End Web Developer role at Yuhaaviatam of San Manuel Nation Essential Duties And Responsibilities Translate UI/UX design wireframes into responsive, interactive, and visually appealing web interfaces. Develop responsive web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Vue.js, Angular). Optimize web applications for maximum speed, scalability, and accessibility. Implement SEO best practices in front‑end development to support digital marketing goals. Maintain and update existing websites (Drupal) and applications to improve performance and usability. Perform other duties as assigned to support the efficient operation of the department. Education, Experience And Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Design, or related field required. Minimum 2 years of front‑end web development experience required. Relevant direct experience may be considered in lieu of minimum educational requirements. Knowledge, Skills And Abilities (KSA) Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and one or more modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Vue, Angular). Experience with responsive design frameworks such as Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS. Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and asynchronous request handling. Understanding of accessibility standards (WCAG) and web performance optimization. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch) is a plus. Licenses, Certifications And Registrations May be required to obtain and maintain a gaming license at the discretion of the San Manuel Tribal Gaming Commission. Certifications such as Meta Front‑End Developer, freeCodeCamp, Responsive Web Design, or Google UX Design are a plus. No driver’s license or insurance requirements. Physical Requirements / Working Conditions – Environment Primary work environment is in a climate‑controlled casino and office setting. Work requires travel to attend meetings, trade shows, and conferences. May be required to work evening, weekend and holiday shifts. Must be able to work in a fast‑paced, high‑demand environment. Strength sufficient to exert up to 10 pounds of force occasionally. Strength sufficient to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects up to 40 pounds occasionally. Sedentary work: involves sitting most of the time and constantly operating a computer. Physical activities include balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, pushing, pulling, lifting, grasping, talking, hearing, and repetitive motions. Hearing sufficient to hear conversational levels in person, via videoconference and over the telephone. Visual acuity required to perform tasks such as preparing and analyzing data and figures and viewing a computer terminal. Mobility sufficient to safely move, walk, stoop, bend, kneel, and enter, exit, and operate a motor vehicle in the course of travel. Endurance sufficient to sit, walk, and stand for extended periods and maintain efficiency throughout the entire work shift. May be exposed to fumes or airborne particles including secondhand smoke.
