Full Time Elementary - High School Paraprofessional Position
Location: Tie Plant, MS
Pay Range: 18+/hr based on experience
Contract: 8/4/25 - 5/21/26 - 37.5 hrs per week

Responsibilities:
Experience working with K-12 students with a range of behavioral needs
Provide direct support to students with behavioral challenges
Assist Prek-8th grade students with toileting
Provide one-on-one support to Nonverbal student with special needs
Help with the preparation of learning materials for severe caseloads
Assist specialists as directed for school readiness, and pre-academics, facilitating social interactions during recess and group activities.
Assisting students with communication disorders classroom setting and implementation of IEP notes
Qualifications:
Pass Paraprofessional Exam or have at least 45 college credits preferred but not required
Must have at least 1 year of Paraprofessional experience in a school setting working with severe behavioral students
CPR and First Aid trained preferred
