Position Overview

Facility: Bemidji Medical Center

Location: Bemidji, MN

Shift: 12 Hours - Night Shifts

Job Schedule: Full Time

Weekly Hours: 36.00

Salary Range: $37.60 - $56.63

Union Position: Yes

Your Role as a Registered Nurse (RN)

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to patients.
• Collaborate with inter-professional colleagues, including physicians, to plan and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency within the full scope of nursing expertise.
• Care for patients across all phases of preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Plan and coordinate care, conduct patient assessments, and provide education and triage.

You'll be working within the standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and the Code of Ethics for Nurses, ensuring the highest quality of care delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is preferred.
• Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice is required.
• Additional education, training, or experience may be necessary for specific services or positions.
• Certification may be required depending on specialty or service area.
