This practice located in Eastern Tennessee is to work with 17 other Nephrologists and multiple extenders in this dynamic practice. The practice goes to multiple units throughout the area including practice owned units. Physicians see over 1200 dialysis patients. Practice has over 27,000 CKD patients. They work out of three main Hospitals in the area. Call is 1 weekend night a month and 1 weeknight a month. Weekend call has four physicians and two extenders. Initial compensation $250,000 to start. 5 weeks' vacation goes to 9 after two years. As a partner everything is shared equally.
