Our team is seeking an awesome General Manager to step into a successful location that is 2 years-old, with excellent revenue-building skills (you can sell!), comfortable and love to lead a team, intuitively understand the retail environment, membership sales, autopay, add-on's, how to use marketing and in-store events to drive revenue.

Restore Hyper Wellness + Cryotherapy is the leading retail provider of alternative health and wellness modalities in the US. Our goal is to make Hyper Wellness widely accessible, affordable, and fun. We help people from all walks of life feel better and perform at a higher level so they can do more of what they love in life.

Key Roles:

1. Assist customers with their wellness issues related to sports performance, recovery, pain management, and general health
2. Focus and concentration on revenue, membership and sales
3. Educate customers about Restores services and the health benefits they offer
4. Deliver a superior customer experience
5. Build and coach a team of qualified wellness professionals
6. Represent the Restore brand and our mission to bring Hyper Wellness to as many people as possible
7. Identify and grow current KPIs
8. Meet the communitys local recreational and top athletes and fitness enthusiasts at local events and generate interest in Restores wellness services
9. Participate in local health and fitness events and large-scale wellness initiatives
10. Engage in both word-of-mouth and social media marketing
11. Manage social pages
12. Manage lead generation, first time visitor activity leading to membership conversions
13. Build your team of wellness professionals
14. Keep staff up-to-date on current promotions, upcoming events, and store updates
15. Represent the Restore brand

Required Skills/Knowledge/Experience:

1. An affinity for sales. You need to enjoy the sales process and have a track record.
2. People engagement, building and closing sales
3. Desire to make people feel better and pursue wellness
4. Passion for fitness and athletic achievement.
5. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Charisma is appreciated.
6. Ability to deliver action plans based on and measured by data. You have to be comfortable with the numbers.
7. Good team player. You need to be a leader, but you also need to be able to delegate and develop a quality team.
8. Desire to meet personal & team monthly, quarterly, and annual financial goals. Your total compensation will be tied to performance.
9. Bachelors degree preferred.
