Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Concord, NC for a Graphic Designer. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating graphics, graphic design, logo design, branding, and typography on a day-to-day basis ranging from consulting projects to retail to social media graphics etc. Including doing whatever is needed including possibly developing motion graphics, creating logos, creating packaging. Ideal candidate should be able to adapt to constant change and juggle multiple competing tasks while keeping a positive attitude and an optimistic outlook. Must be willing to perform light warehousing, packaging and mailing work from time to time if necessary. Candidate must be comfortable talking with vendors, suppliers, buyers, or internal colleagues in order to get projects completed quickly and to troubleshoot, respond rapidly, update files etc. to learn, gather and/ or meet expectations. Candidate should be proactive and a self starter capable of creating impactful work assignments that can be articulated into a tangible and necessary priority for the company in the absence of being given a work assignment. Candidate should also be flexible and adaptable enough to stop and start projects abruptly if demands or priorities change as directed by the general management chain of command.
