Job Description
Looking for a part-time gutter installer to join our team. The position currently would be approximately 2-3 days per week, increasing to full-time if the hire is a good fit. This position will start as a 1099 subcontractor with hourly pay between $30-$40 per hour depending on skill level. If it is a good fit the position will be promoted to W-2 employee with full-time hours and higher pay.
Must have at least two years of construction experience. Gutter installation experience is a big plus, but not required. A solid understanding of construction and experience using tools is required. Customer service and clear communication skills are required. This is a physical job, so applicant must be able to work daily in all outdoor conditions (hot and cold weather) and fit enough to climb and carry large ladders.
We are a fast-growing startup business and this position could soon turn into a full-time salaried position if it is a good fit.
