What We’re Looking For

We are seeking a Healthcare Project Manager to align healthcare project deliverables with business goals, manage administrative functions, generate reports, develop detailed work plans, achieve milestones, and communicate results effectively to key internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will:

  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of program or project management experience, including project planning, scheduling, reporting, hiring and orientation, data analytics, and communications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provides management and execution oversight for all administrative and operational, as well as for risk management, quality assurance, compliance, task prioritization, and contract deliverables adherence.
  • Oversee and support the hiring processes for timely candidate selection.
  • Responsible for complex staffing reports, including statistics, trend analysis and other relevant information; responsible for all other types of reporting requirements.
  • Acts as the record keeper for meetings minutes, tracking deliverables and tracking partner reports.
  • Represents Enlightened in all relevant meetings with customer representatives and generates comprehensive reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports
  • Conducting project meetings and tracking project deliverables, including weekly executive briefings
  • Conduct bi-weekly customer stakeholder meetings and present project-based reports to maintain exceptional customers satisfaction levels.
  • Implements processes and procedures for effective program management.
  • Monitors progress and resolves any identified issues affecting successful project / program completion.
  • Delivers regular reporting to customer as required leveraging the customer tools when appropriate and necessary.
  • The PM shall be a single point of contact for the CEO and the HR Manager

Qualifications

  • Possesses strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate people to work towards achieving the customer’s goals.
  • The PM will have a minimum of a bachelor’s degree from an Accredited University by the Department of Education in business, healthcare, or related field of study
  • A minimum of least five (5) years of administrative healthcare management experience
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is strongly preferred.
  • Must have program/project management skills including project planning, scheduling, reporting, hiring and orientation, data analytics, communication, leveraging advanced computer skills,
  • Possess a thorough understanding of healthcare contracts and project delivery processes.
  • Creativity and strong problem-solving skills as well as strong task and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
