Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare (Travel Nurse) Recruiter at KPG Healthcare in Scottsdale, AZ. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for tasks such as healthcare staffing, hiring, customer service, communication, and recruiting. The role involves ensuring the best placement experience for both clients and candidates.

Responsibilities:

• Identify, source, and match qualified candidates to current and future job openings.
• Build, develop, and manage relationships with candidates to foster a robust and healthy pipeline and gain a full understanding of their needs.
• Educate prospective candidates on the process and benefits of opportunities.
• Persistently follow-up and generate candidate leads utilizing recruitment, social media platforms, as well as existing candidate leads.
