LHH Recruitment Solutions is recruiting for a Healthcare Recruiter in Houston, TX. This position requires at least two years of high-volume recruiting experience. In this role you will be responsible for proactively recruiting for clinical staff, working with hiring managers managing the recruiting process from start to finish. This is a fully on-site contract to hire opportunity
Job responsibilities include:
-Proactively recruit for clinical staff
-Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens
-Work closely with hiring managers and agency partners to identify top talent.
Qualifications
-At least two years of high-volume recruiting experience.
-Bachelor's degree preferred
-Experience using applicant tracking system
-Previous experience in job posting and proactive recruiting utilizing social media sites
- Adaptable with strong communication skills
-Able to work overtime as needed
Compensation:
-$55k-$62K
Hours:
-M-F 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm
