Job Description

Description This role is primarily customer-support focused and serves as an entry-level opportunity to build foundational experience in IT or grow within a customer service career. The position involves providing first-level support to cellular users in a call-center environment, assisting with device setup, connectivity issues, and general service inquiries. Candidates will follow established workflows and troubleshooting guides while delivering clear, patient, and detail oriented support to end users. The role includes structured training and ongoing support to help develop confidence and core technical skills.
