We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Receptionist to join our team in the Hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests providing excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth checkin and checkout process.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with checkin and checkout procedures
• Answer phone calls emails and inperson inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Handle reservations cancellations and room assignments efficiently
• Provide information about hotel amenities local attractions and dining options
• Address guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in customer service or hospitality industry preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel management software
• Strong attention to detail and problemsolving skills
