A private, low-profile UHNW family seeks a House Manager to oversee their San Francisco residence and select unoccupied properties in other U.S. locations.
This role is ideal for a refined, proactive professional who thrives in a quiet, structured environment and brings exceptional organizational and property management skills. The House Manager will serve as the key operations point-person, ensuring all homes are impeccably always maintained and guest-ready.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily operations of the San Francisco residence
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and property readiness across multiple homes
• Support travel logistics and projects in NYC, Austin, and other out-of-state residences
• Partner with the Chief of Staff and Chef to maintain seamless household operations
• Provide structured reporting, anticipate needs, and maintain strict confidentiality
Qualifications
• 5–10+ years’ experience managing high-value private residences or estates
• Proven ability to oversee multiple unoccupied homes
• Calm, organized, hands-on, and discreet; high emotional intelligence
• Tech-savvy and resourceful with vendors and systems
