Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Consultant to manage the people side of a high-stakes carve-out deal, including fresh hiring, rebadging of employees, and integration across the US, UK, and India. The ideal candidate will be highly skilled in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and employment law compliance, with a proven track record in large-scale resource transitions. This role will require close coordination with our Global HR Headquarters based in Madrid and local HR teams in each geography. Preferred locations for this role are Dallas or Palo Alto, though remote candidates will be considered. Extensive travel to different regions is expected.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead all HR activities related to the carve-out deal, including hiring new talent and rebadging of existing employees in the US, UK, and India.
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and labor regulations in all three regions, including US, UK, and Indian employment law.
  • Collaborate closely with the global HR team in Madrid and local HR leads to ensure smooth transitions and integration.
  • Design and implement HR frameworks to support the smooth transfer of employees, ensuring clarity on contracts, benefits, and role adjustments.
  • Drive the hiring strategy to recruit top talent aligned with business needs, ensuring an effective onboarding process for new and rebadged employees.
  • Manage rebadging processes , ensuring employees are seamlessly transferred with appropriate documentation, contract amendments, and benefit transitions.
  • Program manage the entire HR integration process, including detailed reporting to leadership, monitoring milestones, and addressing any issues that arise.
  • Oversee the creation of HR reports and analytics , providing leadership with timely insights and updates on progress and employee metrics.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies to ensure a positive employee experience during transitions.
  • Serve as the HR point of contact for any people-related concerns, working closely with business leaders and operational teams to ensure alignment.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience as an HR partner or leader, with significant experience in large services companies (BPO, IT, or similar).
  • Proven expertise in managing hiring, rebadging, and HR transitions across multiple geographies, particularly in the US, UK, and India .
  • In-depth knowledge of employment laws and regulations in these regions, ensuring compliance during the hiring and rebadging process.
  • Strong program management skills with the ability to handle complex, large-scale transitions and multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization and work across culturally diverse teams.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and in high-pressure environments.
  • A background in employee relations, talent acquisition, and organizational development is highly preferred.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience working within large-scale services or BPO organizations .
  • Hands-on experience managing HR programs related to mergers, acquisitions, or carve-outs .
  • Familiarity with cross-border HR operations and employee integration in a multinational environment.

Location & Travel:

  • Remote flexibility from Dallas, TX , Palo Alto, CA.
  • Extensive travel will be required to the US, UK, and India.
