Job Summary As an HR Solutions Employee Advisor, you will be the frontline support role for Trane Technologies' HR Solutions Center. The HR Solutions Center is the primary helpline for questions regarding Health & Welfare Benefits, Payroll, Pension/401k, Health Progress, Leaves, and Corporate Programs. You will be responsible for assisting the Trane Technologies Employee (Active/Retired) population. Where Is The Work This position is 4 or more days on-site a week and will be based out of our Trenton, NJ location. What You Will Do Assist 35+ employees per day (or more depending on seasonal volumes). Provide accurate, up-to-date information pertaining to Health & Welfare Benefits, Payroll, Pension/401k, Health Progress, Leaves, and Corporate Programs. Identify and resolve issues pertaining to Trane Technologies policy/eligibility guidelines. Perform needed analysis and conduct required research to bring closure to customer issues during the first interaction if possible. Follow up with customer issues to guarantee prompt resolution. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment. Customer focus/quality oriented and results‑driven skills required. Excellent communication, analytical, and decision‑making skills. Document each interaction accurately with the customer case system. Instill trust and confidence while working with customers to overcome challenges. Must be available to work flexible full‑time hours depending on assigned shift; shifts range from 8 am‑7 pm EST, Monday‑Friday. What You Will Bring High School diploma: Associate degree or College Degree preferred. 1‑2 years call center/customer care or other related customer contact experience preferred. Computer proficiency required (Word, Excel, Outlook). Inbound/Outbound Contact Center call handling (Phone Soft Skills). Additional Desired Skills Change Acceleration: Must champion change to support initiatives and process improvements. Collaboration: Facilitate partnerships across teams and build a sustainable team environment. Customer Focus: Build trust and loyalty, use feedback to improve processes, and manage escalations appropriately. Drive for Results: Manage resources, processes, and projects, acting with urgency and achieving effective delivery. Team player, self‑directed, detail oriented, and committed to quality assurance. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Compensation Base Compensation Range is $40,000 to $60,000.
