Coordinator Intern

FocusKPI, Inc. is looking for a coordinator intern, which entails providing HR/Recruiting support on a day-to-day basis and contributing to the development of HR functions in a phase of organizational growth and development. This is an internship to full-time position with negotiable pay rate.

Work Location: Remote, San Francisco Bay Area Local candidates only (Milpitas, San Francisco Bay area, Silicon Valley, Santa Clara, San Jose, etc.) Pay rate: $3000+/mo Duties and Responsibilities Include:

HR:

• Entering data into the database or HR system for maintaining accurate records.
• Providing data for and preparing management information reports and documents.
• Maintaining HR department records, ensuring complete accuracy and confidentiality.
• Communicates with employees about their personnel documentation and answers specific HR questions of employees.
• Interacting with health and benefit administrator and brokers.
• Helping HR manager with new hire onboarding, which includes issuing the offer letter, triggering the background check, and all onboarding procedures.

Recruiting:

• Helping recruiting team with sourcing qualified candidates, contacting candidates and coordinating the interviews

Requirements:

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills;
• Education: Bachelor's Degree required
• Detail oriented and self-learning
• Bilingual Mandarin-speaking is a plus
