JOB SUMMARY:
Lead the crew that sets the standard for installs in Spokane and CDA. We are hiring a high-impact HVAC Installation Manager to lead the residential and light commercial install division at Cline’s Heating and Air, a fast-growing family and veteran owned company serving Spokane and Coeur d’Alene. This role is strategic and hands-on. You will own the install lifecycle from sold job to final inspection, driving schedule, quality, safety, and margin. Partner with our Comfort Advisors on site surveys and estimating, build install plans, coordinate permits and materials, and keep every project on time, on budget, and to code. Coach and grow a winning crew of leads, apprentices, and subcontractors. Run tight quality assurance that kills callbacks and fuels five-star reviews. Track and improve KPIs like cycle time, gross margin and pass rate while leveraging Service Titan for job costing, inventory, and workflow. You will work directly with the owners, shape SOPs, strengthen vendor relationships, and elevate Cline’s reputation for craftsmanship and our repair-first, replace-last mindset.
