We are looking for a Chef who specializes in Indian cuisine to cook for a for a family of 10!
You must have a passion for cooking delicious meals and be comfortable cooking in private kitchens. Our ideal candidate knows how to develop menu items to meet the meal preferences of the family. Chef who can cook South Indian, North Indian and Gujarati Cuisines. You also order food and supplies, check ingredients for freshness, and prepare meals within the proper timeframe. You are expected to clean the cooking area and store all kitchen equipment and utensils.
Pay: $ 35/ Hour
Responsibilities
•Discuss meal preferences and expectations
. can cook South Indian, North Indian and Gujarati Cuisine.
•Purchase ingredients and other materials needed for meal preparation daily(Budget Provided)
•Examine orders or purchases for accuracy and freshness
•Cook delicious meals according to each family member's dietary guidelines and restrictions
•Plate and serve the meals to each family member in a timely manner
•Clean the kitchen cooking area and store utensils and cooking equipment
Requirements and Qualifications
•Experience as a personal or restaurant chef (Michelin Rated is a plus)
•Knowledge of a variety of dietary lifestyles and restrictions
•Ability to cook different types of cuisines and recipes (south Indian, North Indian and Gujarati.)
•Ability to take constructive feedback
•Strong organizational skills
•Strong time management skills
•Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Job Type: Part-time/ 2 days a week
Salary: $35.00 per hour
Shift: Day shift and Evening shift
Work Location: In person Central Street Management LLC
