ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Team Member for Lawrence Thomas - State Farm Agent, you'll help grow our agency here in Uptown Minneapolis by being a Good Neighbor, providing excellent service to keep our current clients, and meeting sales goals to acquire more clients. Your role will be to protect anything that's important to our clients by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain client relationships.

• Prospect for leads in our local Minneapolis community.

• Provide prompt, accurate, friendly, cost-effective service by responding to inquiries from existing policyholders and the general public regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submission procedures, rates, billing clarification, payment plans and procedures, and make referrals for marketing opportunities as appropriate.

• Stay current with market trends and product offerings.

• Always put the client first in everything that you do.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Be willing to work towards getting your Property, Causality, Life and Health insurance license (No previous insurance experience required)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
