Skilled Home Care Intake Specialist

Are you detail-oriented and passionate about supporting patient care behind the scenes? A well-established home care agency in Canarsie, Brooklyn is seeking an Intake professional to join our tight-knit, hardworking, and supportive team.

What You’ll Do:

• Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations.
• Liaise with our offshore support team to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
• Manage intake documentation and coordinate with staff to support smooth onboarding of patients.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in a medical office setting with a strong background in insurance verification (required).
• Prior home care intake experience is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate in a team-focused environment.
