As our Internal Recruiter, you will directly impact our growth by bringing in top-notch Wedding Sales Specialists and Wedding Planners to join our family.

PAY - Base Salary: $55,000
- Bonus: $1,500 quarterly bonus opportunities based on the number of placements and time to fill metrics
REQUIREMENTS Location: Hybrid- Remote + occasional in-person meetings located at The Olana in Hickory Creek Texas
Hours: Full- Time, Monday through Friday
Experience: - 3+ years of recruiting experience, with a focus on sales roles (required) and specialized roles in the wedding or event planning industry (preferred).
- 3+ years of experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and industry trends.
- Strong communication and people skills, with a focus on creating a positive candidate experience.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Other: Submit to a background and drug test.
RESPONSIBILITIES The Internal Recruiter is a self-starter, result-oriented, and enthusiastic about helping our company by attracting top talent.
Recruitment Strategy & Execution - Develop creative strategies to attract top Wedding Sales Specialists and Planners.
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and other tools to engage the best candidates.
- Stay on top of recruitment trends to keep us competitive in sourcing talent.
Sourcing & Screening Talent - Actively seek out candidates via job boards, social media, and networks.
- Conduct initial interviews to assess fit and build a talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales and District Managers to ensure smooth hiring processes.
Managing the Candidate Experience - Craft compelling job posts that reflect our unique culture.
- Keep candidates in the loop with clear, timely communication for a standout experience.
Collaborate & Report - Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment with company goals.
- Track and hit key metrics (time-to-fill, candidate quality) and share insights with leadership.
