Job Description

Fluent in English; proficiency in an additional language is a plus. Minimum 2 years' experience in construction-machinery sales or leasing.
Strong negotiation, communication and client-management skills; proficient with CRM systems.
Willing to travel extensively and thrive under pressure.
Bachelor’s degree from a first-tier university.
After 3–6 months of domestic training, ready for long-term overseas assignmen Overseas Base: Hong Kong, China / Malaysia / Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities Formulate international marketing strategies, achieve sales targets, and expand surrounding markets. Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive construction-machinery business growth. Analyze market trends and the competitive landscape, then optimize marketing plans accordingly. Coordinate project execution to ensure contract fulfillment and timely payment collection. Requirements Fluent in English; additional small-language skills are a plus. Minimum 2 years of sales/leasing experience in construction machinery. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-management skills; familiar with CRM systems. Willing to travel frequently and work under pressure. Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university (first-tier Chinese universities or global equivalent). After 3–6 months of domestic training, ready to be stationed overseas.
