Start Date: January 2026

Brooksource is hiring an entry level Business Systems Analyst to join our Banking Client's team. You will be part of a larger team to to aid the elicitation, analysis, creation, and validation of epics, features, and user stories and provide support during release events that support the client's customers and colleagues

*Responsibilities:*

* Elicit, analyze, document, and validate epics, features, and user stories.
* Participate in all Agile ceremonies such as Daily Stand Ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Demo/Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinement.
* Run stories on Azure DevOps Board for the team.
* Aid in the triage of defects during testing cycles.
* Develop and update documentation to support new/changes to procedures.
* Work with the team to respond and answer questions generated by team members and business partners.
* Act as a liaison between business units and the development team.

*Minimum Requirements:*

* Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Systems, Business Analytics, or Related Field.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
* Strong technical writing skills.
* Experience writing simple SQL statements.
* Experience writing user stories.
* Experience creating data maps.
* Experience with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
* Strong business and technology aptitude with a willingness to learn and understand business and software solutions.
* Ability to translate technology into relatable concepts for business partners and stakeholders.
* Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) or similar tool.
* Experience with Visio or other process mapping tools.
* Experience in an Agile environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $56,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
