As we continue to grow, were looking for a talented Landscape Design & Estimating Specialist to join our Install Division, someone who combines creative design skill with technical estimating expertise and a keen eye for detail.

What Youll Do

In this role, youll bring ideas to life designing, pricing, and supporting beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.
Youll collaborate with clients and our team to take projects from concept to completion.

Your day-to-day will include:

  • Creating landscape and hardscape plans using CAD or other design software.
  • Preparing accurate estimates, take-offs, and proposals for commercial projects.
  • Reviewing and interpreting plans, specifications, and addenda for bidding and construction.
  • Coordinating with vendors and our in-house Nursery Manager to ensure accurate plant and material selections.
  • Visiting job sites to confirm measurements and evaluate conditions.
  • Supporting the Install Division with value-engineering, revisions, and presentation materials.
  • Communicating clearly and professionally with clients and teammates.

What Were Looking For

  • Degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or related field (preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in landscape design, estimating, or construction project coordination.
  • Proficiency in a Design Software and Microsoft Office (Adobe Suite or Aspire experience a plus).
  • Strong understanding of plants, materials, and construction methods.
  • A self-starter with excellent organization, communication, and time management skills.
  • Someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is ready to grow with us.

Base Salary: $65,000 $75,000 (based on experience and qualifications)
