Your Role
As a Construction/Remodeler , you will engage in skilled trades work on residential renovation projects. This hands-on position involves a variety of tasks, including carpentry, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and more. If you are detail-oriented and passionate about your craft, we want you on our team!
Key Responsibilities :
- Construction and Renovation Work:
- Execute remodeling tasks such as framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, and cabinetry.
- Assist with demolition, ensuring proper disposal of debris.
- Material Handling:
- Measure, cut, and install materials with precision.
- Utilize hand and power tools safely and effectively.
- Quality Craftsmanship:
- Deliver work that meets our high-quality standards and satisfies our customers.
- Pay meticulous attention to detail and adhere to project specifications.
- Safety and Maintenance:
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Keep tools and equipment in excellent working condition.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with team members to ensure timely project completion.
- Take direction from supervisors or project leads as needed.
Qualifications :
- Experience in residential remodeling or construction.
- Proficiency in trades such as carpentry, painting, tiling, and drywall installation.
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints or project plans is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 lbs) and work in various positions.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
- A positive attitude, dependability, and teamwork skills.
