We’re expanding our installation department and looking for skilled, leadership-minded Lead Installers who want to help build and mentor the next generation of HVAC talent.

*What You’ll Do*
* *Lead & Execute Installs:* Oversee and perform installation of residential HVAC systems, replacements, and new construction projects.
* *Mentor the Team:* Set daily expectations, coach junior installers, and ensure the crew delivers quality workmanship.
* *Plan & Problem-Solve:* Read blueprints, organize materials, and troubleshoot on-site issues to keep projects on schedule.
* *Focus on Quality:* Ensure installs meet building codes, safety standards, and deliver clean, professional results.
* *Communicate Clearly:* Maintain accurate records and communicate with customers to ensure understanding and satisfaction.

*Requirements:*
* 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
* EPA Certification required
* Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, refrigeration cycle, and installation best practices
* Ability to read blueprints and troubleshoot issues on-site
* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
* Ability to pass a background check
*Preferred:*
* Experience leading installation teams
* Journeyman license or on path toward it
* NATE or equivalent HVAC certifications
* Sheet metal fabrication experience with a focus on both airflow performance and aesthetics
* Willingness to occasionally support Service and Maintenance teams
*Physical Requirements*
* Ability to lift heavy equipment and tools as needed
* Comfortable working on ladders, in tight spaces, and in varying weather conditions
