Lead Installer - Flemington, NJ

We're partnering with a leading HVAC company in Flemington, NJ, to find a motivated and dedicated Lead Installer to join their team. In this role, you'll lead the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring adherence to best practices and mentoring junior installers. Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate the installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.
Ensure installations are completed according to company standards and manufacturer specifications.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior installers.
Maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
Manage project timelines and ensure timely completion of installations.
Conduct quality checks and inspections to ensure customer satisfaction.
Train and mentor junior installers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Qualifications:
Minimum of four years of experience in HVAC installation.
Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems and installation techniques.
Demonstrated leadership and mentoring skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.3
EPA Universal certification.
NAEP certification is a plus.
