Licensed Healthcare Insurance Agent
Location: Onsite in Duluth, GA
Pay: $25/hour base + performance bonuses (up to $28/hour) After AEP, if moved to work at home, the pay will be adjusted to the work at home rate
Schedule: Full-time, seasonal with potential for remote work post-AEP

Overview:
We’re looking for compassionate, licensed healthcare insurance agents to support customers in selecting the right health plans. This role involves both customer service and sales, helping individuals understand their coverage options and guiding them through the enrollment or renewal process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in understanding health insurance options and selecting suitable plans
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to support the full customer lifecycle
• Provide empathetic, solution-oriented service with a focus on compliance and quality
• Identify opportunities to upgrade or cross-sell products based on customer needs
• Complete enrollments and renewals with a focus on conversion goals

Qualifications:

• Active health insurance license in Georgia
• At least 6 months of sales experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to navigate multiple systems and maintain HIPAA compliance
• High school diploma or equivalent
