Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Optical Settlement Monitoring Specialist to join our team in New York City. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our clients remain compliant with the Department of Buildings (DOB) mandated requirements. You will be responsible for conducting optical settlement monitoring for Support of Excavation (SOE), demolition, and foundation work during construction activities. The ideal candidate will have experience using advanced optical instruments and monitoring technology to deliver precise, real-time data, ensuring structural integrity and safety. Compensation
$125,00-$150,000 per year. Actual compensation may vary based on factors such as related work experience, market conditions, education/training, certifications and other credentials, as well as applicable knowledge and skills.
