Job Description

WES is seeking a dedicated Live Chat Agent/Admin Assistant to provide exceptional customer support through live chat channels while assisting with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality service to our clients. This role is essential in ensuring that customer inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately contributing to overall customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with their questions and concerns regarding our services and products.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry scheduling and document management.
  • Monitor and evaluate chat performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions to enhance the customer support process.

Requirements :

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role.
  • Proficient in using live chat software and other customer service tools.
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of grammar and spelling.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and a customerfirst mindset.
  • Experience in administrative tasks is preferred with at least 1 year of related experience.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic office software is a plus.
