RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, support, and maintain:
• Vendor Access Requests
• All computer/network components including servers, network equipment, wireless access points, cabling, printers, and work stations
• Security camera systems
• Door readers and controller systems
• Phone systems
• All "Production Floor / Plant Floor Systems"
• Work with end-users proposing new hardware and software solutions
• Test all hardware and software modifications before they are introduced into production
• Provide hardware and software diagnostics for network, hardware, and software issues
• Seek out opportunities to automate plant processes
• Implement automated solutions plant-wide
• Communicate Plant Systems Outages and Notices
• Analyze software issues, installation, and testing of applications software/patches
• Provide on-call support for complex software problems and issues
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3 years of related experience
• Proficient in reading and writing ladder logic plc program
• Proficient in graphics packages / HMI interface
• Fundamental understanding of VLANs
• Fundamental understanding of Citrix desktop

•Server, Windows 10, Office 2016

•Cisco Network Switch cabling, connectivity, configurations, and troubleshooting

•Phone systems experience desirable, but not required

•MCSE Certification is a plus, but not required

•A+ Certification is a plus, but not required

Skills/Abilities Required:

•Must have excellent communication skills both written and verbal

•Must have strong customer support abilities

•Must be willing to work in a plant / industrial environment

•Must be willing to travel as required to support additional plant
