Learn Pediatric Care Skills One-on-One at BAYADA

Our Delaware County Pediatric Office is interested in a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who has a passion for pediatric care to join our Skilled Nursing team. We believe our clients and their families deserve the highest quality care delivered with compassion, excellence, and reliability .

Meet Our Client:

Our Glenolden-based 3 year old pediatric client would love an LPN who has experience with (or is willing to learn) trach and vent care. Overnight Shifts Available.

What makes private duty nursing different than home health visits?

• Traditional shifts (4’s, 8’s, 10’s or 12’s)
• Hands-on care with only one client per day
• Building client relationships and watching their milestones

What your day looks like at BAYADA:

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations
• Feel empowered to perform skills with autonomy in the home

Qualifications for a private duty LPN:

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state
