Job Description

We're looking for a Mailroom Production Associate to join our fast-paced corporate mailroom team! In this role, you'll handle digital printing on high-volume production printers, prepare and insert documents into envelopes using large-scale inserter machines, and complete various mailroom tasks to meet tight deadlines.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on, active work and takes pride in accuracy, organization, and teamwork. You'll be part of an essential operation supporting sensitive healthcare information-attention to detail and reliability are a must.

salary: $18.55 - $18.56 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

Multitask in a high pressure environment
Adhere to strict turnaround times
Work efficiently on the computer using general Microsoft programs
Work with multiple large production printers at a time, clear jams, keep stock filled
Work with large production inserters, be comfortable working with the mechanics of the machine
Work well with others, to keep an enjoyable work place
Be open to changes within the workplace
