PeopleShare is seeking a Maintenance Technician / Mechanic to join the team for a housing development company in Suffolk, VA! This is a hands-on role requiring experience in general maintenance, repairs, and basic mechanical work. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hard-working, and have a strong attention to detail.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license

• Hands-on experience in electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Willingness to occasionally work after hours if needed

• 
  

  • Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–6:00 PM

  • Starting September 1st: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
    Lunch: 60-minute unpaid lunch
    Pay Rate: $20–$24/hour (based on experience)
    Dress Code: Blue pants and blue-collar shirt preferred
    Overtime: Occasional after-hours needs possible
