Job Description Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to support our manufacturing operations by performing routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on machinery and equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical and electrical background, with experience working in a fast-paced production environment. Key Responsibilities: Perform preventative maintenance on production machinery and facility equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns to minimize downtime Install and set up new machines or equipment as needed Maintain accurate maintenance logs and follow safety protocols Qualifications: ~2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting ~ Knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical wiring, PLCs and troubleshooting ~ Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals ~ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail ~ Flexibility to work overtime or shifts as needed
