Manufacturing Converting Supervisor - Relocation Assistance! This position is for a Converting Supervisor to join a privately-held, family-owned operation. Relocation assistance is provided for the right candidate. Job Details Base Pay Range: $90,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr Responsibilities Oversee and manage all aspects of converting operations within the manufacturing plant, ensuring the production of high-quality products. Lead a team of operators, providing necessary training and support. Ensure the safety of all employees by enforcing strict adherence to safety protocols. Drive continuous improvement initiatives within converting operations. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless production flow. Manage and maintain converting equipment, scheduling regular maintenance. Monitor and manage inventory of raw materials and finished products. Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations and standards. Generate and present regular reports on operations performance to senior management. Qualifications A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a converting manufacturing environment. Extensive knowledge of converting operations in carton, container, corrugated, conversion, paper mill, and cardboard industries. Proven experience in managing a team of operators. Excellent understanding of safety protocols within a manufacturing plant. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify improvement opportunities. Ability to coordinate with other departments and manage multiple tasks. Strong technical skills for managing and maintaining converting equipment. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is preferred. Willingness to relocate, with relocation assistance provided.
